Along with Milan, Tokyo, Mumbai, Buenos Aires and Casab lanca , Montreal was one of the 100 cities in the world to welcome a generous project offered by L’Oréal in order to mark its 100 years with a banner : 100 years, 100 projects to make the world more beautiful. Thanks to the collaboration between La Voie School, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal and L’Oréal Canada, we are proud to have presented to the public the Talent Project’s play entitled: “Aujourd’hui.... Demain”. |
The Talent Project’s goal was to offer students at La Voie High School , a partner of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal for over 20 years, an enriching experience. It enabled teenagers from various cultural backgrounds to express themselves and their realities in the form of a multimedia play that employed theatre, singing, dancing, music, videos, cartoons and 3D images.
The project was supervised by director Normand Carrière (Le bourgeois gentilhomme, La mélodie du bonheur ) and Maude Campeau, a graduate of the National School of Theatre and a mentor for Prometheus Project.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal seized the opportunity to invite the media as well its members to present this special play. Mrs. De Courcy, president of the Montreal School Commission, honoured us with her presence.
