In the same way that Milan, Tokyo, Mumbai, Buenos Aires and Casa Blanca did, Montreal was
one of the 100 cities in the world to welcome a generous project from L’ORÉAL, in order to
mark its 100 years with a banner; 100 years, 100 projects to make the world more beautiful.
It is, thanks to the collaboration between La Voie School, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater
Montreal and L’Oréal Canada, that we were proud to have presented to the public, the Talent
Project’s play titled: “Aujourd’hui.... Demain” |
The Talent Project’s goal was to allow La Voie High School students, who is partner of Big
Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal for over 20 years, an enriching experience. It would let
them express their realities as adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds in the form of a
multimedia play that utilized theatre, singing, dancing, music, videos, cartoons and 3D images.
The project was supervised by Director Normand Carrière (Le bourgeois gentilhomme, La
mélodie du bonheur ) and Maude Campeau, a graduate of the National School of Theatre and a
mentor for Prometheus Project.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal took the opportunity of this occasion to invite
the media as well its members to present this special play. Mrs De Courcy, president of the
Montreal School Commission honoured us with her presence.
