New Executive Director.

Maxime Bergeron Laurencelle

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal is proud to announce that Mr. Maxime Bergeron Laurencelle has been appointed the new executive director.

Mr. Bergeron Laurencelle took on his position on July 11th. In the years to come, he expects to take up the challenge to further develop the agency in terms of its networking, strategic plan and prominence.

Mr. Bergeron Laurencelle possesses a vast experience in the community movement and in the public service, more specifically in the field of health and social services. For several years he was a psychosocial worker who specialized with youth. He also worked as a trainer in various organizations servicing youth. Furthermore, he was an organizational development consultant for non-profit agencies.

Moreover, he has great experience as a manager.  For the last 25 years, he dedicated himself on a social and professional level in a CLSC as well as in non-profit organizations.

The board of directors and the entire team at the Montreal agency will draw on his experience as well as his personal and professional competencies to realize our goals.

Finally, Mr. Bergeron Laurencelle is looking forward to meeting the agency’s local, provincial and national partners as soon as possible.
