Black’n Role

The ‘Black’n Role’ project aims to pair a youth that identifies as black to a black adult who is a positive role model for the student and a significant point of reference within the Black Anglophone community. The purpose of this program is to help youth develop pertinent social and personal skills, while having at heart their education and their involvement in their school community as well as in Montreal’s Black community.

The project runs throughout the school year from September to June.

Last year the program was offered to 100 children through individual activities and 20 pairings.
